We’ve got a lot of cool stuff in the works, so keep checking back!

Are You Ready for Fall?

We know it’s been rather quiet recently. We’ve been doing a lot of work to plan for Fall, booking a number of shows so that we can come visit a town near you! Our next show will be in Decatur, IN at Vinnie’s Bar on September 19th, followed quickly by a concert at the Riverside Tavern in Mishawaka, IN on the 25th.

We’ve also added a new concert at BuffaLouie’s in Bloomington on October 2nd at 9PM. Help us kick off the Fall concerts by coming out and enjoying some rock n roll!

Niles Amphitheater, Echo Park

Last Thursday played host to our first show at the Niles Riverfront Amphitheater. The turn out was great and we would like to extend a big thanks to everyone who came out to see us.

This week we had the pleasure of working with Michael Stucker (fourth down) at Bloomington’s Echo Park Studios to record “Deadbeat Town”. We’ve all been looking forward to this opportunity, as it’s the first time recording as a band in a professional studio. The experience was truly a pleasure and we hope to be able to bring you the final track in the coming weeks.

Coming up the next month or so we’ve got shows at Bella Luna Sports Bar , Brigid’s Irish Pub, and we’ve just added a new show on September 25th at Riverside Tavern in Mishawaka, IN. We look forward to seeing you!

Elbo Room and the Niles Amphitheater

We want to extend a humongous thanks to everyone that made the trip to Chicago on the 25th to support our first concert in the Windy City. We had an absolute blast and are looking forward to playing there again, hopefully soon.

Coming up this week we will be playing at the Niles Riverfront Amphitheater (MAP) in Niles, Michigan. The show starts at 7:00 PM and we would invite anyone who can make the trip to join us for some rock and roll.

Q & A With The Chicago Rock Music Examiner

As a precursor to our first Chicago show coming up next weekend, we had the pleasure to do a question and answer with Frank Krolicki of the Chicago Rock Music Examiner. We were able to talk about the roots of the band, what people can to expect at our shows, and who we would love to play a show with (almost unanimously Shooter Jennings). And don’t forget we’ll be playing at the ELBO ROOM off of Lincoln Avenue on June 25th. We’ve also added a new show at Columbia Street West in Fort Wayne. The concert will be the 6th Battle of the Bands hosted by whatzup. Come out and support us!!

Uncle Fester’s House of Blooze

Hey everyone, we’ve had a last minute show addition for this THURSDAY, May 28th at Uncle Fester’s House of Blooze. We will be sharing the stage with Elephant Quiz and TurboSpank.

The show starts at 10:30PM and we would love to see you out there. Oh, and pitchers are are 25 CENTS!

Bluebird and Bella Luna

The past week has presented us with a number of amazing opportunities to come out, play our music, and just enjoy everyone’s company! On May 19th we played our first show at Bloomington’s Bluebird. A big thanks is in order for everyone who came out and we look forward to playing there again in the future.

Just yesterday we had the chance to play for you all at the Bella Luna Sports Bar in Middlebury. Again, it was great to see all of you come out, including so many of our family and friends!

Coming up in the next month are shows at the Halftime Sports Bar with Hyndra on the 12th of June, and then at the Elbo Room in Chicago in the 25th of June. We look forward to seeing you all out there!

We also want to shout out a big congratulations to our friend Sam Lowry for his CD release. You may remember him from the Bluebird show on the 19th. Feel free to check out his music on his MYSPACE.
